How Regina King Made History With Her Directorial-Debut Movie, ‘One Night in Miami’

Regina King, the actress famous for her Emmy achievement Watchers and an Oscar-worthy position in If I could talk about Beale Street, has her skills behind the camera. The new film she directed, One night in Miami, which recently made history at a major film festival.

Criticism of the film Variety argues that King is very good at directing the film:

King… has opened the action in the best way possible, mixing in scenes set outside the motel room, such as Liston fighting and several meetings that show us the characters on their own, contradicts what racism was like in 1964.

Glamor seems to agree with what Variety accepted in King’s management debate. The If I could talk about Beale Street star, they wrote, “is now considered a popular historian for the Oscar race because of One night in Miami. ”

A well-known actress like King doesn’t need any more images on her shelf – but she seems to deserve it.
